What is the Culprit of those Dark Circles Under Eyes?

Millions of women will get up in the morning tomorrow and notice that they have dark circles under their eyes. It is a nasty occurrence that unfortunately affects many people around the world. And while there are a variety of means for treating dark circles, from eye cream for dark circles to surgical or spa treatments, many are unaware of the what causes these ‘raccoon eyes’ to appear all of a sudden. But there is actually a rather good explanation for the common appearance of dark circles under eyes.

The skin around the eye is some of the thinnest skin on the body. Over time it can wear thinner and show the veins underneath, which can look like dark circles when the blood circulation is poor. Common causes of this condition are lack of sleep or insomnia, which can cause poor circulation and darker skin beneath the eyes. Thin or dehydrated skin which will make the veins more apparent, and common allegories or colds, or even asthma and stress can cause these dark circles to appear.

Your best method of approach is to get plenty of sleep at night. Try to eliminate stress and exhaustion as best as possible. Apply an eye cream for dark circles daily and take allergy medications if you suffer from bronchial irritants.
